This was a sultry look for Janet Jackson at the Cartier Third Annual LeveDay Celebration. Her two toned tresses were kept long to frame her shoulders and to show off her ritzy layers through the back and sides which were added to create movement and body to her mid-lengths and ends. Her bangs were also added to create a great feature and to finish off her look beautifully.
